Embassy Court designed by Wells Coates in 1935 is an 11 storey block of flats situated on the Brighton seafront. It is an outstanding examples of pre-war Modernism and has achieved grade II listing. Embassy Court is a major Brighton landmark. Reminiscent of an ocean liner; this beautiful, elegant and wonderfully proportioned block of 72 flats with its awe-inspiring sea views is considered one of the coolest places to live in Britain.
