Materials
Our models are made of a very hard resin plaster, which is free of toxic solvents. Some of the detailing, such as window frames and doors, are made of etched brass or nickel silver. The bases and some of the backs of the models are covered in black felt. Packaging Our models are delivered in beautiful black presentation boxes and are neatly packed with an informative description of the building. If you want us to include a gift message then please specify this in the additional information box at checkout. The outer box is made of strong double walled cardboard. Delivery We nearly always use UPS to deliver orders. We have been very impressed by their service. However, we do offer a no quibble returns policy just in case. Occasionally we may use another courier service. |
