The Century Hotel is one of the most recognisable buildings on Miami’s ‘South Beach’. Nestled among possibly the greatest selection of art deco buildings in the world, the Century Hotel stands out from the crowd. It was designed by the renowned art deco architect Henry Hohauser in 1939. Beautifully proportioned, with its straight lines and bold geometric shapes, it is the pinnacle of art deco splendour.
Chisel & Mouse have sculpted the stunning beach front facade.
Each of our architectural sculptures is handmade in our studio in Sussex, England. They are made of strong plaster that has a reassuring weight and smooth, cool feel. Stylish ornaments, gifts or presents that are handmade in Britain and look fabulous on a desk, shelf or wall.
We also produce this model in a smaller size, click here to view.

Sustainably Crafted
We all want the world to be a better place. We are trying to do our bit. We reuse, recycle and use less where we can. We search out sustainable local suppliers. We sponsor grassroots sports for the local youth, donating both money and time. We sponsor local environmental projects. We know we can do more but we're making a start!
Handmade
We hand make all of our models. Chisel & Mouse is the combination of an artisan’s approach (the chisel) with modern innovation and transformative technologies (the mouse). By capturing life and its big ideas in miniature, the brand celebrates the beauty of our industrialised world.
